Complete the registration form below, then continue to payment. Your child is not registered until payment has been received and matched to the submitted form.
Note: There is a $75 family registration cap. Please complete a separate registration form for each child. Families are only required to pay for the first three registrations ($75 total). Any additional child registrations do not require payment. If you have any questions, please contact us.
